Im really happy with the customer service I received. The staff are truly passionate about the animals and their welfare.It is probably one of the best pet stores I've ever been to. We have just had a wonderful experience at room 4 pets at Bondi with buying our new puppy. Jamie and Cleo were exceptional at giving us all the information going through finer details and showing us all the equipment we need. We thank them both for a wonderful experience and will continue going here for all our puppy needs.

I got my new puppy from Room 4 Pets and their team is amazing, they take such good care of both the animals and customers - super knowledgable and make everything very straight forward. They go through all the relevant paperwork and send you home with a nice concise folder of information for looking after your puppy, so you feel very well prepared and it is a smooth transition.

Absolutely best experience with Room 4 pets! We brought home Autumn (who’s now called Remi) on Sunday and she’s warmed up faster than any other rescue I’ve had before! We had Cleo helping us with the adoption and all the information and she was a delight to speak with and made us more confident when leaving knowing we had everything we needed. 10/10 experience all around all the staff are amazing!

We bought our Japalier from here just before Xmas. Everyone is so helpful especially Pamela who stepped us through all we need to know about easing the puppy into the home. All the necessary paperwork and info are provided in a folder for reference. Their partnership with Struggletown Vet again helps especially for 1st time puppy owners like us. We named our puppy Fergus and he is doing great.
